  Probably the best choice in Baia Mare. If you expect luxury go to different city but I think for that price you have all you need, including bowling and swimming pool. Good breakfast, I would expect more variety from Best Western, but it was enough for one day.

  The staff was very friendly and nice-always there to help you out if needed. They have a nice garden in the back with an outside pavilion where you can have a cup of coffee/eat. The room was very nice and clean. There is an outdoor swimming pool that looked very nice- but we didn't have the chance to try it. It is a great place to stay if you spend the night in Baia Mare. - - Great staff: very friendly and helpful, despite language barriers; - Great breakfast: the portions were large and really tasty; - Wi-Fi available (at reasonable speeds); - Small pool available in the yard: great for summer heat; - Euro accepted along with Romanian Lei at fair exchange rate (compensated the lack of possibility to pay with credit cards).
