Room was spacious, and came with a pull out bed, which was nice. The staff was kind. The location was close to Auschwitz, but still needed to take a taxi. Restaurants were close by, but service was very abrupt and rude. Rooms were clean and cozy. I would stay again!. Really good guest house, great value. Smart rooms, excellent fresh breakfast. Clean and friendly. Near town centre. There was very accurate info at the hotel explaining where and when to catch the bus to krakow,. The bus stop is very close to the hotel.

Fridge available etc. Try max cafe green doors down for great Italian and ice-cream. The owner was a sweetheart! She even went so far as to drive us to the train station early in the morning. The hotel itself was also very cozy and accommodating. I thought the staff were absolutely lovely. They weer very helpful. They were also very relaxed and it gave a nice atmosphere. We had to go up several flights of stairs with luggage since there is not a lift. The water is non potable, but no water was supplied to drink. Tea was offered in the morning however. It seemed a long walk to train station and the auschwitz museum. The walls were a little thin, so we heard quite a bit from the room next door. The main square in Oswiecim is under construction. The hotel is on the corner of the square. It is very difficult to get to if you are driving but this is no fault of the hotel. No air con was difficult in temperatures plus 40!. The kitcken was too small. No soap in the bathroom. Little bit hard to find. Wifi connection was quite slow. That part of town was being excavated, so finding the hotel was difficult. I needed local help and even they were confused. Once the road works are finished, perhaps it will improved.
