Hotel is very nice, room was large but very noisy from the street. Staff was nice and friendly. All spoke English. Breakfast was very good. Food at Italian restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced. Jacuzzy in Spa was great and very relaxing. Whole Spa are was clean and nicely made. Cant fault the place - its fantastic. The accommodation is immaculate, two different restaurants to choose from both serving brilliant food. Staff are really friendly and helpful. this is our third stay and the high standards have been exactly the same each time.
all reviews » our superior room was huge; very modern and new;car parking in the grounds, complimentary evening meal which was excellent - the Polish restaurant ambience is most conducive to fine dining; able to arrange a massage within hours; shops nearby. I like the location, he staff was great. There was a party going on and the staff asked us if we wanted to change rooms if the noise got to loud for us. Restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was standard European fare. A very nice hotel to stay in whist visiting the area, would recommend it, intend to return with my wife next year. Staff were polite, room was excellent and the food was also extremely good. Everything! Dinner when booked on forehand is not always clear for the staff. A special menu with a long servingtime. No air conditioning. Too much traffic noise to keep windows open (no noise at all with windows closed). Nothing. -The only downside was the parking. We got there in the evening and all the spots were full. However they left us leave the car by the reception. - Also I would not recommend the Italian resturant at the hotel. Make sure that it is not organized a wedding while you are staying there, or you may not sleep well. :). No pool, but not too important. Even though they warned us, there was a wedding party on saturday evening/night and there was too much noise in the room. They should close that part of the hotel or tell that there are no rooms available if they are having these kind of parties. Nothing. No wi-fi. Bad mattresses.
