I have lived in Europe for the past 3 years and travel often through several countries. This particular hotel has beds better than my own and a buffet that was so good and plentiful it will set a standard for how other hotels should be. The view from our room was about 180 degrees and the staff highly caring and professional. It's very comfort Hotel and I stay in Qubus next time.

We were upgraded to an apt for 3 people at no extra cost as they had no adjoining double and single rooms left. very friendly staff,big comfortablrs bed.We had to leave the hotel on the morning of checkout at 6.30 but breakfast was not until 7.00 but the hotel kindly offered us a packed lunch instead which consisted of juice, fruit, 2 rolls and a chocolate bar. Perfect. Everything) Room, food, window views). Comfortable, quite, excellent and friendly hotel staff. Excelent facilities. Great staff, sooms were a bit small but you had everything you needed. Good internet speed. the cleanliness was very good. Room was clean and comfortable with internet access by cable, also nice Skye bar with wireless internet access and this was available in the reception as well. Wireless internet was free (do not know if cable was). Very competent and helpful stafv at the reception desk and in the restaurant and breakfast room.Very good breakfast and great menue at the reaturant.very central in Katowice, nice and comfortable room, correct restaurant + breakfast. The staff is friendly and very polite. Car Parking was a bit expensive. hmmm nothing for this price, of course I would complain that they didn't offer me a swimming pool, golf course, trip to the moon, my own ferrari and nice girls to the room hehe :D. Hotel bar closes at 2am and there is nowhere for residents to go after that.Nice staff, but unfortunately, incompetent. Leaking damaged shower which made all bathroom wet in one room and in another room very badly designed bathtub (only some kind of curtain instead of glass to protect water from making whole bathroom floor wet while taking shower.Hotel is part of the office building which so one must go outside the hotel section to get to the restaurant and breakfast room.No parking space only for hotel guests.No blackout curtains in bedroom. False fire alarm which kept a number of residents up for over an hour at02:30 h in the morning, without any apology or compensation.the elevators- just 2 for 28 story building...you have to wait ages for it. It was much to warm with no posibility to open a window. Airco only gives relief after many hours.
