  We stayed twice, a week apart. The staff were very helpful with explaining how the taxi system worked so that we didn't pay too much a second time. On our return visit our request for a room at the back was met with an upgrade, even though the previous room had been excellent. The buffet dinner and breakfast had great choices.   Great hotel with awesome design and facilities. The room is huge and is best for family with small kids. The room design and furnishing is very elegant. A great weekend getaway for the family. This is an excellent place to stay! - Malaga suite is very good. Big and modernn apartment , great bathroom, spacefull living room. Kitchen is little but comfortable. Design is great. The bed is big and very confortable. Bathroom is perfect for any kind of use. Staff is very gentle and kind. They speak a very good english. MAKATI area is perfect for anything and you can move simply with taxi. For me it's a 5 stars.

Excellent accommodation and facilities and very helpful and friendly staff made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The food was excellent, including the breakfast buffet which was vast and covered many different cuisines. If staying in Manila again I would definitely stay in the Sofitel. It offers good central location and value for money.

The service in general was excellent. - Second time I have stayed at this hotel. The room is fabulous – big, with shower and bath. Staff helpful and accommodating and not in your face. The location is something that might not appeal to everyone as it's a short taxi ride to most lively places, but I like it because it's set in an everyday Filipino suburb.

  The whole staff was absolutely adorable and extremely helpful. The room, although not very big, had a very comfortable size and design. It's obvious the hotel is pretty new and everything is in very good shape and clean. Clean towels and sheets are provided upon request. Over all this tune is worth to stay. - I ordered true letsbookhotel.com which normally doesn't debit the credit card given for security of payment. Indeed my Malaysian friends wanted to pay directly their rooms with their credit card. But my account was debited when I arrived at the hotel. As my friends are gentlemen their reimbursed me in Pesos. But what has been done is not correct and opposite of the rule written by letsbookhotel.com. I book often true you.... may I have to change?
