  A really nice resort. The room was a nice design and well equipped and the staff are excellent. The food in the resort was great. Its not cheap food. The price is higher than average but so is the quality. We had 4 nights and never left the resort the whole time. Check the happy hour jugs of cocktails 5pm-6pm! The Mohito is tops. Also the private beach is a ma - If your looking for a great place to experience a super typhoon then Costabella is the place for you. I could not believe that they did not miss a beat even during the storm. Nothing like enjoying their fanastic breakfast buffet with 90 kph winds blowing outside. The place was back to normal the day after the storm. I can not say enough about the outstanding service from the entire staff and I will certainly be back with my family just not during typhoon season! :)

  I have stayed at 100's of hotels....some were 5 stars and some were 2 stars...in my opinion the stars dont matter...all that matters is that this is one of the nicest hotel/resorts I have stayed at...thankyou to the staff for making my stay soo enjoyable... :) - Very good place for kids - lots of activities for them, and there were lifeguards all... what people say » over the swimming areas too...it was great that they gave a very flexible late check-out time as well!

Concierge v helpful planning excursions. Room v comfortable, though view was only of other hotel tower. Restaurant and breakfast buffet food tasty and varied. The area around the pool and the sea was clean, well staffed and it was very pleasant to sit and relax under the trees. The very late check in was no problem. There are also a few good restaurants close to the hotel.

  Very nice and polite staff! Helpful and with a bug smile always. We stay there during the earthquake Oct 2013 and the building got some serious damages inside from floor 4 and up, elevator also closed down after so we had to walk the stairs. Therefore hard to rate the impression bad / good cause of the conditions, but its located in a very quit pa... what people say » rt of Lapu-Lapu, with real fresh air and very close to the sea.
