  This hotel made me feel safe during super typhoon "Yolanda". What I liked most, personel were calm, no stress, no panic, nothing. Everything worked as usual. Even when electricity went down in the area, in a moment (I guess) hotel switched on there generators, so, nothing to worry about. The room is large, well equiped.   "Stayed 2 nights at the Alpa City Suites having moved from another hotel nearby. Check In was swift and very efficient. Rooms are clean, large and comfortable with good quality fittings.   Its a non-smoking hotel. Staff were very helpful. My schedule changed and they volunteered to revise my booking with letsbookhotel.com. Being a brand new hotel, everything was very clean. Bathroom is roomy and spic and span. I love that they provide toothbrushes which have disappeared in most hotels in Europe including those of the best western ch... what people say » ain. Location is central. Just a block away from the provincial Capitol . There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel. - My 3rd stay at this hotel. Room: stayed in a business class room. It was large and modern. Comfortable king-size bed. Nice bathroom. Breakfast: Good variety. They have a station where they make eggs for you. Exercise room: small but OK. Pool: Looked very nice but didn't have time to try it. Service: Nice service. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

Located in Banilad, just nice because away from the hustle & bustle of the city centre. The Gaisano Gardens Mall is just 5 mins walk away for great food. Staff are all helpful from the doorman, Front Desk, and the bar upstairs.
