Its a non-smoking hotel. Staff were very helpful. My schedule changed and they volunteered to revise my booking with letsbookhotel.com. Being a brand new hotel, everything was very clean. Bathroom is roomy and spic and span. I love that they provide toothbrushes which have disappeared in most hotels in Europe including those of the best western chain. Location is central. Just a block away from the provincial Capitol . There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel.
all reviews » My 3rd stay at this hotel. Room: stayed in a business class room. It was large and modern. Comfortable king-size bed. Nice bathroom. Breakfast: Good variety. They have a station where they make eggs for you. Exercise room: small but OK. Pool: Looked very nice but didn't have time to try it. Service: Nice service. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The staff are friendly and efficient. Hotel is new and spotless, the room I had was huge. Location is pretty good, with plenty of restaurants, shops and ATM's around. Room service is very affordable. The valet can also hail you a taxi that will use the meter and the fare will cost next to nothing. the entire staff was amazing, The best hospitality I've ever received. The breakfasts were delicious, my bed was huge and the pillows soooooo comfortable. wifi in my room was a big plus. I was impressed how the door man would insure my safety with the taxicab service. i like the friendliness and helpfulness of staff. the welcome drinks and my son is ecstatic of his treats. room is clean and we feel comfortable. the room we were assigned is in 6th flr and we love it. kai restaurant staff is very helpful, attentive and food is great. We should be friendly to everyone but back off be an advocate for a live style. Breakfast is poor, we preferred to have dinner outside in town. Located right at a busy intersection....Morning noise traffic only. Shower a bit weak relatively high fees and taxes which made the total price quite somewhat higher. Would have preferred if more of these would be included in the price which shows on the website. Sorry cannot think of a single thing All good. The next-door restaurant was very noisy and it bothered us. We were not able to sleep until 2am. the restaurant ambiance. The food had no seasonings. There is no way an omelet is made with liquid egg tastes fresh. No way Gourmet should even be on your list unless it was meant as a joke!!! The Non-Smoking room still smelled like smoke. Very noisy! the room facing road was so noisy I had to wear ear plugs and only stayed one night as it was unbearable. nothing wrong; everything ok. It is better than the ather uraond the city. In the bathroom, there are some black mold in the corners of the shower area.
