My girlfriend and I stayed at the NS for 5 nights in November. It is without doubt a budget hotel, so dont expect to much. It is ideally suited for central Cebu city with a number of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk. Fuentes circle is 10 minutes walk away with Robinsons mall and SM mall is fairly close to. The rooms are a decent size and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Well recommended to backpackers, solo travellers and youngish couples without children.
