  My girlfriend and I stayed at the NS for 5 nights in November. It is without doubt a budget hotel, so dont expect to much. It is ideally suited for central Cebu city with a number of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk.   It was very nice and it was great to have a carpeted room versus the other hotel we stayed at during our vacation. Especially for the price it was not a bad hotel. - Wi-fi and proximity to other places. The staff are very good and hospitable..(guards, doorman, reception, reataurant staffs & housekeeping)

  The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They even let us check-in early for free and gave us a great room location. The guards outside were also very helpful in pointing us to the direction that we wanted to go. Memory foam beds were very comfortable and clean, as well as the pillows and comforter. Just across the - A very comfortable place to stay with very courteous, helpful staff who easily went out of their way to assist and please their guests. I stayed there during the recent earthquake and was very impressed by the professional manner in which the situation was managed and very impressed by the generosity shown by the management during the crisis. I would have no problem in recommending the hotel to anyone and look forward to my next visit there.

Its best asset is its location being just beside the Ayala mall and in the less crowded area of the city. What I liked the best during this last stay was how the staff handled emergency procedures during the earthquake.   The best thing in this hotel is friendly and welcoming service of staff members. They are always ready to help us. I had to check out at 4 am to catch an early morning flight, they offered me a wake-up call, a cup of coffee and slices of bread at restaurant, and one staff even helped me to get a taxi and tell the driver to go by meter.
