Excellent hotel in a great location on the river. Rooms were recently renovated and were lovely. We took 3 small children and the staff went out of their way to cater for us. Great restaurants close by. The pool was an excellent bonus. Very nice hotel in a great location. Pool is fantastic. They have a kids play room also. The breakfast was awesome. Rooms were well appointed and reasonable size.

No air conditioning realised too late that the air system was air vent only, way too uncomfortable for sleeping. When I mentioned this the staff was more than happy to change rooms with an effective working air conditioning unit. Only for parking must be make somethings more,you a customer of hotel, of course you must be have a parking place for free,not with a payment(it is a **** clasification) All the best!. -breakfast not fit for a Radisson (in Norway, Rica chain rules); -very outdated TV the room (CRT-TV); -our room had lobby-view, which sucked deeply; couldn't change the room easily, so we gave up; -very expensive private parking; if you take the car after 12 pm in the day of the check-out, you get charged almost double for a few extra hours; better use the public one in front of the hotel (more confortable and cheaper). the hotel is in the process of being upgraded which is not so nice the view from our window was dismal. Ineffective air conditioning so room very hot. Could not adjust the air condition. Very average breakfast in a noisy room. Hotel did not have my reservation on their system. I had made a pre-paid reservation with letsbookhotel.com but the hotel said they had no record of it and tried to charge me again for the room. I think they did not change the bed sheet when make up room. Very unwelcoming / cold staff Small rooms Inconsistent cleaning service. Rooms were too hot air conditioning not working properly. Hotel in the middle of huge refurbishment Breakfast room very messy cutlery and crockery not clean. The Hotel is going through a major refurbishment. Should really not be open. The heating in our room did not work, and it was snowing outside ie cold!!!!!!!.
