Easy to book, cheap rooms available up to a few hours before arrival, friendly, effective and helpful staff. Easy to prolong the stay when needed, and to the same, low price. Spacy rooms with mini-kitchen and everything you need to make/store food. Clean, tidy and in the centre of town. (In relatively close walking distance to the hospital.). Nice room, good shower. There is no breakfast room but you can order one sent up for 75nok. It was okay but we made our own arrangements the next day. There is a good communal kitchen and laundry facilities on the 4th flr.
all reviews » This is very comfortable "hostel" style accommodation right in the heart of Trondheim. Perfect location, free internet and laundry. Shared kitchen. Just has everything you need at an affordable price!. Good location very close to the city center. Friendly and helpful stuff. We were lucky to have a room on the top floor at the corner with a balcony where we saw the northern light one night!. Central location, lots of bars/restaurants around. Its about 10 min walk away from the train station. My room was spacious, several windows. Check in open until midnight. Kindness of the staff very appreciated - Very well placed in the city and also not far of the central station, Hurtigrunten pier - In the same road that AVIS. I was given a great apartment with enough facilities to cook for myself in an expensive country! Absolutely in the centre of town. The large size of our room. Staff were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Coffee was available. I would definitely stay again. The room is clean and quiet. Nice separate bed room and very large space room. This is particularly great in expensive Norway. The hostel is in the city centre, the railway station is a max. 15 minute walk. Great position, max 10min walk from anything that matters in the city. However, it's quiet, even if it's in the centre. Rooms are quite roomy, reasonably well equipped. My wife tried to make some local phone calls that did not connect. She talked to the young lady in reception who told her the phone was not working. My wife asked if she could use the reception phone briefly for a local call and was told that she didn't think it was allowed. Not much help here but otherwise everyone was very nice. They didn't clean the room and change the towels during our stay there. No breakfast. The door lock needed a little persuasion (a very minor point!). Our room floor was a little sticky in places. We waited about 40 min to check in, at 12:00 in the night, because there was a group of noisy people, each of them wanting different things. 1. The room wasn't properly cleaned (the bathroom and the floor). No breakfast but I already knew. Lighting was too dim and not well placed. Shower curtain was inadequate to prevent flooding of bathroom. No water boiler or luggage rack in room. no breakfast. The floor in my room was damaged. We would have preferred the window not to look to the backyard. A street view would have been much more pleasant. There was no breakfast. No restaurant. I missed a decent breakfast. The kitchen has no windows and is therefore not very cozy to eat your dinner in a friendly atmosphere. We stayed there only max. 10 minutes to eat our food and than quickly left. Quite a few things. Room is only cleaned every 4 (four) days for stays longer than a week, so after 3 days I had to ask that specifically. With daylight round the clock, it was difficult to sleep as the curtains don't obscure the sun and the blinds are useless. There's no breakfast in the hotel, had to go elsewhere. Bath tub was a hazard, moving in all directions and nothing was done about it when reported.Not soo cleane at the bathroom, a bit noisy when naboures was using washing maskin during the night. I was quite angry when I discovered that they don't clean the rooms, luckily I only stayed for 2 nights, but this is not mentioned on letsbookhotel.com nor do they mention it at check-in; at least litter should be collected and towels changed, otherwise you can't call it a hotel!. The first room I stayed at had a window out to a tiny atrium, which would be impossible to escape from in the case of fire. not clean hotel. no breakfast at hotel, the room with the window closed ports with noise, bathroom floor wet after a shower, no air conditioning in the room.
