We loved everything. As the hotel was off the main road and slightly elevated there was a fabulous view across the lake and little traffic noise. The pool was a perfect temperature for the kids and getting them out was a problem. The room was spacious and very comfortable and felt just like home. Loved the underfloor heating. It was just perfect. Thank you. It was fantastic, will be back next time. We go around a lot of hotels/motels to see what's best. Really loved the friendliness of the staff. They accommodated our late arrival. Bar and pool were fantastic, plenty of car park space. Spacious room, many tv channels. Brilliant.
all reviews » We enjoyed the private courtyard and private thermal tub. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and contained all needed facilities. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Bay rest had a great view of the lake. The room was spacious and clean. Easy trip to downtown and short walk to lakeside. Would definitely recommend for a stay. I loved how we have a friendly smile/wave from all the staff members, made us feel very much at home! the best was amazing !. Very comfortable with good facilities. We had a room with a view and the view was amazing. Appears very family friendly. Absolutely loved our personal outdoor hot tub and the large room size. Room was too hot at night,even in middle of winter - thermostat in room not working?. Extra pillows would be fabulous next time ! not complaining as i love having heaps of pillows. The door to the hot tub rattling all night in the wind, could do with a bit of rubber door seal.... mineral pool could use some sort of seats inside to support users when in the pool. Free wifi through Zenbu, ran out quickly which was disappointing, had to go to McDonalds to use wifi. Nothing. No air conditioning. Nothing actually. The pillows they hurt my kneck. For the cost we were expecting something a bit nicer. The outside spa pool in our room was very run down looking, toiletries were not replaced when the room was serviced (including an empty tissue box that was left in the bathroom and not refilled/replaced). The outdoor spa was not private, as upstairs balconies looked right onto it. Was really disappointed with the communication,host didn't seem interested. The make up service was lacking and couldn't even replace the basics like milk or enough sugar.. (thanks mcdonalds).
