This hotel is fabulous!! We really enjoyed our night there so much so that we booked another night. There was a lady and gentleman temporally looking after the motel and they where so helpful on the local area and where so welcoming. The rooms are spotless and have all that you need and more! They even clean your laundry for you for 6 dollars and we came home after an evening out to have the folded and returned to us in our room it was so sweet! Nothing was too much trouble and we enjoyed our s.

The check-in was excellent, with Dawn being extremely helpful about activities and the area. We were in an Economy Studio Unit, upstairs, which was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a full kitchen. Location was perfect. Our stay was only for one night so we didn't use the lovely warm swimming pool, or the spa pools. Excellent service, beautiful modern clean rooms and great advice on what to do in the area. I was there both for work and then a couple of days relaxation. Gorgeous bed, wonderful spa, had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay :). Loved that the unit was lovely and warm when we arrived on a cold rainy afternoon. Tub was heavenly. .Owners were kind and let us have an extra hour to check out. She also gave us a voucher for great deal for dinner that we used. Nice quiet location. The walking distance to Oppies Fish & Chips (a must try meal in Rotorua), the common thermal pool with towel facility Alan & Dawn (the ownders) are friendly and helpful especially they sent us to i-Site to take Intercity Coach. There was nothing not to like. The pillows were a bit fat and hard for us and a small rubbish bin in the bathroom would be handy but these are minor things. Can here some street noise. No clock near pool. Pool has no sign where depth drops dramatically which could be very dangerous. Toilet in room 10 actually fell on my son aged 22 as it was not secured to the floor. The room was a little cramped, though still comfortable. Location is fine but best to drive to restaurants etc. Nothing. Nothing. None. Nothing. Parking space a bit tight. (Kitchen floor was sticky.). light fitting in the shower was loose and hanging down. Some of the paint in the kitchen area was flakey or well worn. Needs to be updated!. Nothing. Stairs to second level. There is no wardrobe or cupboard space to hang or store away clothes, bags or shoes which made the room look cluttered and untidy.
