Central location for both museums and sights in The Hague, as well as ease in day trips to Leiden, Delft, and the seashore. Wonderfully helpful staff, with good suggestions for best walking routes to museums, local restaurants, etc. The Pearl, Hilton's restaurant was very good, with excellent service. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful (even accompanied me in the lift when feeling a little claustrophobic); good size room, very clean; big bathroom and also very clean; comfortable beds/.

Tea and coffee-making facilities in a room are always a bonus. The staff was great and even got Guest of the Day. The whole staff is also very attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. I loved the modern accents through out the hotel. Overall the room was quite spacious for what I have paid and I really liked the cleaness of the bathroom as well as the automatic closet with LED lamps. Beautiful room. Excellent breakfast buffet. It was also far too expensive, so I did not sign up to it. The staff were heard to offer everyone checking in an extra €40. per night deal for breakfast & wi-fi. Very off-putting indeed. How "business-savvy" the hotel felt. I understand that the hotel can not control who are attracted to the hotel, but I came to Hilton The Hague for a nice romantic get-away vacation but it felt like we were to out of our comfort zone being that majority of the guests were in suits. I recommend playing music to lighten the tone. I really did not like the fact the Hilton does offer free wifi access to only "diamond members". If you wish to want to stay connected by wifi in the room, you will be expecting to pay 27_euro per 24hours or so. Way too much I reckon!. Temperature in room and in restaurant was too high. First night disturbed by noisy party in hotel ballroom till 02h00; hotel should consider not renting out rooms on 2nd floor directly above the ballroom, or at least pre-warn guests!. Staff at the restaurant was friendly but service was very slow!. Somewhat pricey but location and facilities make the difference. The days of charging for internet access should be over, a charge in excess of 20 euro per day is outrageous. Went for breakfast - asked for fried eggs over easy - was given over cooked and greasy egss - sent them back - came back again with eggs that once more were overcooked and greasy. Gave up -next day went to cafe for breakfast. Never went to restaurant again as was made to feel like an awkward and fussy customer which i am not !. Nothing. nothing. Nothing. TV system is a disaster and very complicated. Breakfast staff are over keen to clear the table. We hadn't finished as we went for other things then returned to see coffee, orange juice and everything cleared. It was a mistake, but apart from that it was very nice. The rooms were a little bit dark - could do with extra lighting. Only temporary but some construction outside the building. Foyer lacks atmosphere. Internet not free in rooms and not easy to access in public areas. too many children running around the restaurant after 9pm making a lot of noise. dinner was delicious but spoiled by the restauirant feeling more like a creche than a restaurant. Ugly smell in the corridor of the second floor. No issues. Executive lounge was small and got very crowded. No free wifi No variation of food at the breakfast. Paying for wi.fi. Get into the 21st centuary. being charged 20euros for internet. The TV menu was a bit complicated to understand and handle. bed is hard for me. Equipment in room not all working to standard: safe deposit box defect; shaving mirror too high (unless you're 1.90 meter; bathroom bin not opening by foot pedal. drinks in minibar were a bit expensive. Grumpy desk clerk. That I had to wait for a taxi for 25 minutes.
