  A true gem on the Dutch countryside. Stylish, tidy and comfortable accommodation, great location so close to the little quaint town of Sluis which (to our surprise, actually) has got lots of shops and restaurants. Great with the animals for smaller children, our kids (7 & 12) loved the outdoor space, the pedal cars/bikes and the trampoline and... what people say » us adults could sit in the sunshine and relax with a cup of coffee. We felt so welcome by the owners, and would've stayed a few more days if we didn' - Very nice place, very nice staff, very nice accommodation! The garden is great for the children, surprising and funny. We had a real nice time there!

  Our host was absolutelly perfect, and since there were no more rooms available we got an apartment for the same price. She offered us an extra coffee, tea, we had breakfast in the room - all for no extra charge. The apartment was very comfy, clean, well equiped and the garden was perfect.

  Home away from home feeling. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Hotel had practical facilities such as coffee making, fridge for own use, small balcony/garden and excellent bicycle storage. Very clean. - wonderful garden, quiet and peaceful, very good place for walking around, not far from the beach, large rooms with a fantastic view

  The staff are amazing!the location was great,if you want beachpromximity.atmosphere was cosy and family-hotel-like.LOVED The shower(i´m pregnant and it was easy to get in and out of) - It is a clean and new hotel located very close to beaches. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

  Fashinating location, with a suite and appartment service. We booked a suite, but all the 10 rooms were reserve, so they give us an appartment.It is a bit far away from the main structure (with also an independent entrance), but connected inside. The appartment was very big, extremelly well equiped, like a real home where you live (with also a hug... what people say » e kitchen full equiped, with also a dishwasher!). Very large for only 2 people, because there were 2 bedrooms. The structure has a french restaurant, - Big bedroom with character (in the eves with exposed beams and high ceiling), bed comfortable, good shower and big 2 person jacuzzi bath in the room, good coffee machine. Nice dinner menu. Attentive though not intrusive service. New manager will hopefully make the public areas a bit more cosy and have more character. Could be good for romantic getaway. No private parking though free public parking in town square in front of building. WiFi throughout.

  This place was great. It had a living room, large bath and bedroom along with a spectacular view from the living room of the sea. The resturant was excellent . The employees were very helpful and when the wi-fi did not work in our suite they let us use their office computer to make out next reservation.   We booked an "appartement" for one night in December, low season. The place was very neat and spacy. The beds were very soft. The kitchenette included basic cutlery: everything we needed. The place was also very quiet. No neighbour noises - I gues there weren't any, so I can't tell wether the place is sound proof. The staff was very friendly.
