The perfect setting for discovering Amsterdam. Everything is in walking distance. Staff, charming, friendly and attentive. The hotel is a jewel. My single room was well above the standard most hotels offer. I am to return to Amsterdam in six months time and this will be my first choice.

I loved the location, right next to Leidseplein and across the street from the tram and easy access both to town and to the University South of town.

the breakfast was not a good deal for 12 Euros.

almost everything, staffs are incredible and helpful. we are 2 small ladies with 11 y.old children they upgraded for bigger room for us. Best location in a middle of walking street(Leidse straat) in front of tram stop (Leigse/primnsengrat). Hotel style is very Amsterdam (old) traditional style, very nice atmosphere. we got a street view and saw party activities on the street.

When we arrived, the receptionist told us they had upgraded us to thepenthouse which was amazing, we couldn't believe our luck, the hotel wasvery clean and staff very nice but the room was the best ever, withbeautiful views and with free standing double bath. This hotel is adefinate for the next visit. Location was brilliant too.

Great location, spectacular view of the city (I was in the 5th floor), large room, and modern facilities. Highly recommended.

The room's temperature is a little bit high, about 26C (may be because I was in a top floor). But, the nice air conditioner solved the case...
