Nearly everything,

No fridge in the room - would have been useful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we received a free upgrade, so the room was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good luggage storage for check out and late check out of 12pm for all guests. Very central and very we were very impressed.

I liked a lot the fact that the room was very big and clean and the hotel is central situated.

I don't know if it is about the hotel or booking.com, but when I first made the reservation, breakfast was included and after I confirmed the reservation (2 minutes later) the breakfast was excluded...

it is a nice hotel does what it says.

Lack of air conditioning, which I was aware about. Towel sizes, not big enough for a person.

Location is good, close to everything. About 25 minute walk from the central station.

Taking a shower was slow as the shower head had water coming out only from the outer ring, nothing from the center (no holes).

The location is perfect. Good also for Park and Ride. I payed a upgrade for a deluxe room and the room was very good for the price.

Rooms very hot so needed to have the windows open at all times (we went in Dec) which makes sleeping difficult as the road outside is very noisey.

The lobby and restaurant. Good location.

Rooms are overpriced for what they are and are extremely basic and could do with some airing out. The staff could do with some training on dealing with the public, a selection of staff on the desk were by no means polite, smiling doesnt crack anyones face.

It was in a convenient location

The hotel facilities were closed in the evening of the 30th December. The restaurant was meant to be open until 4pm and started throwing food away at 3pm, which meant that we could not eat in the hotel. Tax was paid in addition to the bill, which was not clear when we booked the hotel. It was perceived the the hotel cost covered everything.

Location was good

We had specifically asked for a double bed but instead got twin beds instead. We had specified this weeks in advance and were guaranteed by 'letsbookhotel.com' that this would not be a problem. When we get to the hotel we are told that there is no way of getting a double bed. Very poor customer service.
