They really improved our stay in Morocco and meant we didn't - An amazing Riad!! The rooms are all beautiful. The staff is very friendly and Frederique (the owner) is a wonderful host who even went to pick us up at the Jemma el Fna Square because we got lost the first day. Additionally, as it was low season, she gave us a free extra room to be more comfortable. Just wonderful, I hope to go back someday ... I really recommend it 100%

  For those of you that found Eden Andalou Hotel & Resort not satisfactory, I would like to say that it is as good as it possibly can get in Marrakech. It is clean, rooms are spacious, there are several bars and restaurants and the service is GOOD! Be aware that it is located a 15 minute drive away from the city in the countryside, but the hotel... what people say » offers free shuttle bus for guests to and from the city from the morning until 8.30 PM. - Very good family room, stylishly designed hotel. Kids club staff very good and enthusiastic. Waiting staff attentive, check in staff friendly. Very quiet at night so excellent sleep. Hotel very clean. Having heating in the room was very welcome as it dropped to 10 degrees when we were there.

  This Riad is, simply, perfect! Before we had even arrived the customer service we received was excellent. We stayed here for 4 nights whilst on our honeymoon in Marrakech. The owners, Charlotte & Patrice are extremely friendly and hospitable, as are Abdul, Ahmed and the rest of the team. Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They arranged for 2 shuttles to the Riad, since we were arriving separately from two different countries. The Riad is beautiful and since it was off season we had much of it to ourselves quite often. The restaurant was a special treat with gorgeous French cuisine. The location is perfect; close enough to the medina to walk there easily but far enough away to be a quiet retreat.

  Absolutely delightful staff, just walking through the doors of the Riad it felt like coming home. There was a wonderful family feeling about the place and a great relationship between the staff and we were treated more as family than as simply paying guests. A beautiful place .. our little oasis in the heart of the Medina. Olivier, Mustafa, Abdu, Ai - Riad Aloes is perfectly situated in the Medina within easy reach all the markets and main sites. The Riad is quiet, beautiful and clean, a lovely place to relax in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. The breakfast of fresh fruits and croissants or pancakes was delicious. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Olivier couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.
