  The staff was very helpful, very professional, and knowledgeable. I amvery happy that I selected that hotel for my stay. I do not speak Frenchor Arabic and neither does my husband but the desk clerk and bellboyswere very attentive. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and deliciouseven for my American taste. The doorman greeted me this time with a big smile, and a 'welcome back.' (In French, of course, as it is Morocco.) But it doesn't matter if your French isn't great, the staff is very friendly. Really if ever do I find an imperative to make a comment or post anything on an Internet site. But on this occasion I truly need to extol the virtues of staying at the park suite hotel and my experience. T... what people say » his hotel has truly redefined my Interpretation of what real service is. The cooperation of the staff and management at this hotel is truly second to - Rachid the owner and the receptionists were all very nice. They gave us directions and Rachid showed us to a good brunch spot, The Fence. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I slept like a log. The guards save the parking spots out front for guests, so I was able to park my car for free and it felt safe since the car was within eyesight of the guards. I could see it would be a good place for business travellers, as there is a nice kitchenette and large desk.

  While the organisation and some of the staff were not so helpful, the extremely friendly managers made up for it. We had booked room with pick-up but the driver simply left when the plane was delayed. After 30 minutes discussion with hotel and driver on the phone we decided to take a taxi.   The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the city they spoke English french and Arabic the manager was extremely nice and very helpful. Everything I asked for I got within minutes room was clean washroom was very clean that's important to me and they made a great breakfast every morning, defiantly will stay there again when I go to Casabla... what people say » nca :-) - It's very near the main shopping district of Casablanca. The Twin Centre is also an excellent reference point for taxi drivers. It's only a 20dh taxi to Casa-Voyageurs train station. The room was immaculate, the breakfast outstanding and the service was perfect throughout our stay.

  the place was far from city (around 20km) so it was a good place to relax away from noise and all, plus it was located by the beach which was so nice - interior of the hotel was very nice
