  The gardens are amazing, fragrant, and so lovely to walk thru on the way from the basic rooms to the restaurants and beach. We had turtle visitors every day! The view of the lagoon and sea is great, and I loved sitting on the terrace and just listening to the ocean. The staff was all super kind and friendly and helpful, arranging every thing you c... what people say » ould desire. Breakfast was the best we had in Morocco. Oualidia is pretty sleepy in April -- bring a book and enjoy the peace and quiet and the views - The staff was wonderful . Everyone from the chef, the desk person, the manager, the gardener were warm and thoughtful and take great pride in the services they provide. And contrary to what one of the past reviewers --they do speak English. We stayed in one of the garden suites and had the best view in Oualildia. A very special romantic place and I highly recommend it.

  Its real nice hotel with nice staff member , especially " Omar " he is managing the reception staff I guess, he kept everything simple, every inquiry we had he managed to explained it simply, also when we need to extend our stay though it was high season he managed to do it for us. - Good location near the old medina.   The lady receptionist was polite and helpful when we arrived. The door men couldn't do enough for us, getting us a taxi to go out the evening we stayed, and the next morning for the train station. The bathroom wa - Traditional look and feel to this hotel. You would not find something similar outside of Morocco. I stayed here my first two nights in the the country and got accustomed to the wonderful breakfast buffet served there. Little did I know that it would be the only such breakfast served. All other riads I stayed in served pretty much the same breakfast with coffee/teas, juice and Moroccan bread. Adequate, but not even close to the yummy array at Moroccan house.   I loved this hotel. I stayed in the Relax part, which is newer. The staff were unbelievably friendly. There is a spa, several restaurants and a cool little store in the hotel. Also really great, at the airport, the shuttle from the airport to the hote - We liked the Atlas Sky Hotel in the other side of the same building; Relax Hotel is as described by many reviewers: rooms not upgraded, small, etc. The Atlas Sky was great: clean, well-appointed rooms, English speaking desk staff, good quality, quiet; wifi is available in the lobby and common areas, not in the rooms. The restaurant was okay; just order local and regional dishes.

  This is a basic hotel, with the facilities they mention. The hotel was within walking distance to the medina and the mosque, and we could leave our luggage at the hotel. It was quite ok for one night. If you plan to stay more you might find the room small, old and noisy. But it's probably good enough for its price (budget ~42 euro per night for me in Sept. 2013). The place was quite close to the city center such as Place Mohammed v and Place Nations Unies.

  Sorry but don't understand the complains about the staff. Our receptionist managed 3 arrivels at the same time, stayed calm and had a private word for all of them. The ibis is nicely located to the main railway station and therefore the best option for our last stay since both airport hotels in Casa seemed to have bad reputation. Anything else: Ib... what people say » is-Standard! Clean, nice room, even with balcony, silent thanks to new windows, WIFI everywhere... Nothing to complain for me and my GF, just good thi - Location right by Casa Voyageurs for connecting with the airport is just excellent when travelling in Morocco for independent travellers can be tricky around transport hubs. Hotel very good for an Ibis....beats some in Australia. Had a room with a balcony and renovated bathroom. Nice garden to stroll in and all this right beside a railway station! Also tram to the city centre passes the door and it is modern and efficient. A shame it does not connect to Hassan Mosque.

  the staff was so helpful and made my stay worthwhile... I would come back anytime...love the breakfast outside and the view from my room! - the location. it is near the beach and in the center of the night life. staffs were very friendly and helpful.
