  Its real nice hotel with nice staff member , especially " Omar " he is managing the reception staff I guess, he kept everything simple, every inquiry we had he managed to explained it simply, also when we need to extend our stay though it was high season he managed to do it for us. - Good location near the old medina. Seems like a fairly safe and... what people say » nice area near tram and train stations. Hotel was clean and fairly new.
