Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All in all I had a very relaxing time so I extended my stay for t - We only spent 4 days ovrethere , and we must admit that everything was perfect. Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean. Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool. The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second. At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious and stay cool due to the marble and stone. The pool is cold but is big enough to swim in which was great. The staff were all extremely friendly.

This place i cant recommend highly enough to other travellers. It is located in the medina but it was so quiet at night and even during the day.
