i was impressed by the service of the hotel.One of the hotel staff actually help me dragged my lugguage to the nearest airport bus station which is about 10mins walk when I check out the hotel. Fantastic service with customer in mind!!!!. The rooms were very clean, although the hotel was very old they recently renovated and everything was nice and clean. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Good location and budget friendly.

Room space is quite comfortable.. Big and clean. The location of hotel is also very conveniente to shift to main popular places by subway or walking. Staff is very helpful and kind. They willing to swap one night for deluxe when we complaint the room is warm, next day they provide fan for us. Close to Jogno 3ga metro station. Good location, near two convenient subway stops and the main tourist attractions and shopping stretch. Location was the only good thing about this hotel, but now I understand that with Seoul Subway system location is not that important. The staffs are helpful and try their best to answer the guest's queries though there was some English language barrier. the bathroom do not have a shower curtain and it makes the whole bathroom wet. There's no restaurant in the hotel. Poor breakfast. The wifi signal in our room is not stable and often can't connect. Location is quiet at night Need to walk 10 min for food stalk and less choice. Only take 20 min walk to invading for better restaurant. Wifi speed is not good, too slowly. Foods are not many in this area. Taxi driver had a bit of a job finding the hotel, he coudln't find the address on his GPS even. Would help to have better directions. Breakfast only has one menu: omelet and bread toast :( if you stay more than 2 days, maybe you should considering to buy other snacks. the lights are not enough, very dark in the room especially for non-window rooms. No breakfast. Chinese tourists were loud at night. Breakfast not so good, rather ordinary. few breakfast choices. Lack of English sufficiency for the staff. The room is a little bit small. Room was small, cold, shabby, no rennovation, very poor and zero comfort, it also smelled of cigarettes, I would not recommend this hotel, it would spoil the whole vacation. The location of the hotel is surrounded by hardware shops and very dark at night though Korea security is not an issue as police car can be found along the quiet lane. Inaccessible to eatery places. The airconditioning in the room is terrible and a fan was given to my room after the complaint.
