We were a family of 4, my 2 teenaged daughters, me and my sister. We stayed in a Family Room which had enough room for all of us girls! The room had one big bed and 2 double beds. The bathroom had a full sized bath and enough counter space. The shuttle service was quite convenient. You can take the Sutton Hotel shuttle from Seoul Station to the hotel and vice versa. The shuttle stop is located on the right exit when you get up after the long escalator ride up from where you get up from the arex.
all reviews » The location is strategically near tourist spots and the place is generally safe even the surrounding establishments are hardware stores. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit small but comfortable. Aside from daily complimentary water it's good that hot and cold water are 24/7 available at the lobby. Buffet breakfast at Water Mark is good and value for money. Room was very clean. All staff (including cleaners & drivers) is provide very good and pro service and also very helpful, polite and friendly. Hotel provide free shuttle bus to Seoul station which connect us directly to Incheon airport. Breakfast various just nice for us after having too much Korea food in our trip. Strongly recommend this hotel. Very suitable for bulk for friends. The location is central located and very convienicent access to shopping district. Staff of the hotel can speak excellent Mandarin and English. Rooms are clean just a lil bit small. Overall it's an excellent economic hotel!. Location of hotel is very convenient. Sutton Hotel is within walking distance to 2 mrt station ( 3-5 mins to Euljiro 3 sam ga exit 4 and 3 mins to Jongno 3 sam ga exit 14 ). It is also close to to Myeongdong Cathedral, Myeongdong shopping center and Insadong. I liked the free wifi in the room and it connects at a fast speed. The hotel has a free shuttle going to Seoul Station which connects you directly to the airport. It leaves every hour from morning til 7pm. We were in Korea during winter but our room's heater were just fine. Th. The staff were very good and helped us book trips in addition to arranging an extended stay with minimal fuss. They spoke pretty reasonable English, which was extremely appreciated. The hotel sits along part of the 8km Cheonggyecheon river and is 10 mins walk from both Dongdaemun market in one direction as well as city hall in the other. The hotel was also only 25 mins walk from the N-tower as well. It is a very clean and very functional hotel. Location is excellent. It is closed to everywhere. The room/key card is very difficult to eject from the master control card holder. It will take us at least 3 to 5minutes every time we will go out of the room. We had a room with no windows; but the AC wasn't on; and we could only use the fan or heater. The fan didn't seem to circulate the air enough; but the heater made the room feel like a sauna. Shuttle bus is only served during 9-17. The bathroom is a bit too small. And it's so hard to call the taxi after 00:00 in that district!. Room was small, though functional. Some very little remarks : the shower door was a bit out of angel , hence a bit of water slipping out . (1006). Little space for our clothings ( for longer stay), whilst I believe the cabinets can hold more ( little rearrangement can be done); although we managed. The ticket system for the breakfest is a bit strange ( putting responsability of holding tickets to the customer; whilst we payed for it). Wi-fi is sometimes unstable and cannot be connected successfully. Too many tourist groups, mostly from Japan. Individual travellers have to wait for check-in and check-out procedures. Breakfast was a strange combination of foods. It was ok but I'm not sure creamed frozen mixed vegetables are anyone's view of breakfast... please review the booking info that there is no family room here, the maximum size of the room is in triple, we (four girls) booked a family room at letsbookhotel.com which says the room is capable for 4ppl, eventually we were noticed that there are no such room when we arrived, fortunately the staff is helpful and they offered us two rooms instead. breakfast should have been included in room price. Surrounded by hardware supply shops. Nothing was bad. Computers in lobby were faulty due to others changing settings. The Room size, although adequate is not very large. That our stay was too short. Some of the staff are not friendly. Breakfast was not included in the room rate. Local taxi drivers had no idea where the hotel was and would not take us - even when we had its location on a map!. Althought english is not well spoken from the korean population i was hoping that at least the staff was able to do it, unfortunately they weren't. It is really difficult to explain them something. Reception only 1 person. No information tourist at lobby. Receptionist can not speak english fluently. Make sure to bring toothbrush and toothpaste with you as it is not included in the toiletries provided by the hotel. The twin room's toilet has a tub but it is just half size. The toilet was so small that 2 people can't use it at the same time. The water spray of the toilet bowl doesn't have an english instruction so you just have to explore it to be able to make use of it. Very bad WiFi with, unfortunately, no solution. We had to leave the room and either access the internet in the lobby or in the hall outside of our room. The room was too small. The distance between the wall and the bed maybe less than two feet. If you are clusterphobic, think twice. Got a smoking room, whereas asked for non-smoking. I was too tired to ask for a change. Hotel neighbourhood is a hardware market area, so it's not the fanciest district to wander through when going for the metro. room too small for 3 ppl; room light not bright enough; no master light key. Unstable & not user friendly Heater System (Not function well daily - too hot sometime or even cant switch on). Complicated switch on of heating, very simple beds. the bed, pillow and sheet is not comfortable. The staff is cool. Location, there is nothing in the area. Really small room, its hard to move around even just one luggage box is opened. no meeting facility. Surrounding view from window was very dirty. Room is too small, No comb in the bathroom. Bathbub was so small. Bathroom so small. Dining Furniture was of poor quality. Room was too small. Aircon was not working. The rooms were too small and there were no space to put the luggage. Carpet is dirty but reject change room execuse on full ocuppied in afternoon.
