Professional staff. Good value for money. Free breakfast each day was good although not a huge buffet choice available. Location was reasonably close to the subway. A bit further to the JR station.Close to entertainment and shopping. Business style hotel so small basic but convenient room. Check in staff is very friendly. I arrived very early in the morning and was sick with a cold. Even check in is only at 15.00 h and the hotel was full, they made sure that one room got cleaned at 9.30 and allowed me to get in earlier without any extra fee.

Wing Hong Fong. The staff was really not helpful at all. Despite seeing our heavy luggage, did not offer to help us to the room. It was difficult to locate the hotel. Not so near to JR station. The carpets were dirty and the lift had a stench of unclean mop. Basically disappointing!.
