It's an hotel in the centre of Tokyo, clean the room with perfect wi.fi , it's very near to Ikebukuro station and to Shinjuku, perfect location for me, very well the price. Thank you!!.
The hotel is very close to Ikebukuro station, and Sunshine City is only about 15 minutes away on foot.
