It was roomy, even for three people and incredibly cheap for its great and convenient location. We didn't spend much time in there except for sleeping/showering, but we found all of the amenities adequate with plenty of room for us and our things. The staff was also quite friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. We were two people and got a room fot three wich was nice. Great free wifi in the rooms. Only five minutes walk from shin-okobu station wich is one station ride from shinjuku station. Staff was very helpfull!.
all reviews » Beside everything Shinjuku has to offer - really handy for convenience stores, restaurants and shops, oh snd the train station. Great wifi. Nice little cheap Indian restaurant up the road and around the corner. Bed was super comfortable. this is indeed the best hotel we stayed in Japan! every hostel/hotel was good but then this one is Best! small but you have everything you need! Good location close to Shinjuku.the staff is helpful and friendly. Comfortable. i like the value for money,their staffs are helpful&courteous,,it's clean and it's near the train station...keep it up!gladly to recommend to my sister on her December vacation. Some of the restaurants aren't too friendly to foreigners - they're neighborhood Korean joints. If walking from the station late at night it's prostitute city. By night the hotel is actually the neighborhood brothel. If traveling in a large group you'll be put on the top 2 floors and the rooms are really iffy. Just don't go as a family. The photo of the lobby and internet room look too nice. They supposed to clean the room everyday..especially the bed. Not only taking out the garbage.. Room was dirty. The room was not smelling well.

DIRECTIONS: After exiting JR Shin-Okubo Train Station, turn right and go through the underpass beneath the train tracks. Take the first right and continue down the road for 200 metres. You will come to a 4-way intersection with an underpass on the right. Turn left here and continue for about 80 metres. There will be a graveyard to your right with a high wire fence. Turn right directly after this graveyard. The hotel will be 50 metres ahead, on the left.
