The onsen is good though the outdoors onsen pool is smaller than shown in the picture. - The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and beautiful. I would recommend Hotel N - The staff is really nice and helpfull. The rooms are quite good, and not small. The brakfast is excellent. The decoration and the quietness of the hotel is very good, it is quite close to the international airport and very close to central train station. My wife and myself did enjoy very much. - Rooms were clean & nice; fairly spacious for a Japanese hotel. Hotel is very central and in easy walking distance to the main train station - only 3 - 5 mins. From this station you can take the subway to anywhere including the airport (only a 5 minute trip) and also can get the Shinkansen.

  Very excellent hotel. Location is very closed to Nagasaki train station. Just a few walks, easy to find it out. Facilities in the room is very good. - The hotel is next to train station, very convenient to all activities. The facility is new and modern. Room with a view to the harbor was quiet.

  Comfortable hotel, well located for ¥100 bus to both Tenjin & Hakata stations. Front desk staff were very helpful in arranging for my wife to receive emergency medical attention at a local hospital late at night and in organising a taxi to get us there. Good breakfast which I thought was fair value at ¥1500. - I loved this place! The rooms are a decent size, not too small, which is saying a lot in Japan. The staff was very nice and the free hot spring was lovely! I would definitely stay here again!
