  I like the fact that the hotel rooms are really clean and neat. The bathroom are big and they provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and face wash.   Modern, very clean hotel, great design, looks like brand new or recently refurbished. Located in the centre or Ooita city, close to the castle ruins. We mostly spent time in nearby Beppu, but it made more sense to stay in Ooita because in this city we could get better accomodation for less price. The rooms are clean and nice and convenient, non-sm... what people say » oking means non-smoking. I highly recommend this hotel even if you are planning to see Beppu.
