  Clean, comfortable, good location. Walking distance from Sapporo Station (although it is a bit far). Subway station near by so that is an alternative. Very close to the Nijo fish market and the main Susukino district (lots of great food). - The staffs are very helpful. And hotel facilities are good for this price.

  it's very value for money and charming for its family run business kinda feeling. the owner is very kind and can speak english pretty well. he even let us hang in the lobby because we needed to catch the overnight bus to Saporo. Most of the shop/restaurant closed at 10pm but our bus boarded at 11.30pm so we had no where to go and this really save ... what people say » our life. We felt very grateful. - The staff were very friendly, rooms were clean. Location is excellent, just a short walk to the train station and seafood market. For the price, couldn't ask for more. - Friendly staff, free parking, free wifi at lobby area. Great location near to morning market and JR station. Room is with air-con, good especially for travel in summer
