  Very neat, clean, professional and up-market hotel compared to our usual 'backpacker' lodgings. Most expensive accommodation we stayed in, but could not find any better - due to our late booking and its very central location a short walk from the station and a very short walk to the castle. Nice restaurant downstairs with a fair and decent wes... what people say » tern breakfast option for AUD$12 approx. Brilliant japanese bath. Very nice Japanese style rooms with roomy shower/bath and (seperate) toilet room. - The hotel is very well located, a few steps away from Matsumoto castle, the tourism office and many restaurants. Very clean and comfortable, the hotel has an onsen on site and offers free bicycle rental. The staff is polite, helpful, and at ease in English. Probably the best cost / value hotel that I have seen in Japan.
