  Excellent location right next to the train station (as the name suggests). Good base for exploring charming Matsumoto. Staff are very friendly and generally have a good level of spoken English. Rooms are small but comfortable. Wifi signal was very strong in the rooms (enough to support Skype video calls). Good communal baths on the 7th floor. Woul... what people say » d definitely recommend this hotel for a few nights. - The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location of this hotel near the train station, made it very convenient to get to from the Shinkansen. The hotel staff were very friendly and they helped us find four of the towns free bikes so that we were able to see Matsumoto castle before it closed. The lounge next to the bar was also really nice to hang out at and have a few drinks.

  A room was quite big and it was very comfortable. I also love free wifi there. The staffs cannot speak much English but they all are very great with their attempts to help. I would love to stay there once again. - Good sized room for Japan, with seating area. Breakfast - good miso soup and rice cakes. Friendly staff.
