  The staff were all very friendly & helpful. Also everyone at the front desk spoke English, which for us was a great bonus.   This was an interesting experience staying at this place and would recommend it to open minded travellers visiting the city. Good location within 10 minutes walking distance of Shinjuku station. Whilst I was travelling with luggage this could be stored at the reception area as there is not a lot of room in either the capsule of the small lockers ... what people say » provided which are really just to be used for a small back pack and hanging up of clothes. If you are travelling around and just stay here for a nigh - 10/10 for novelty value, but more than that, this was a very comfortable night's sleep. You can even have your underwear laundered and ready to collect in the morning, or buy new ones plus a shirt and tie from reception. English instruction leaflet was provided and the staff were very friendly, so the atmosphere was more relaxed than I'd expected. There isn't a speck of dirt anywhere - you leave shoes on entry and wear shorts and top which are provided - rest of your clothes go in your pers

  Fantastic location a short walk from Nishi-Shinjuku-gochōme station. The hotel itself is clean, the room was quite large and the facilities (internet, washing machine, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery, proper knife for cutting things) were excellent. As others have mentioned, the breakfast is quite simple - b - The room and bathroom was a reasonable size compared with other Tokyo hotels where there is pretty much just enough room for a bed. We thought the breakfast was quite good. Start your day with a healthy salad, boiled eggs, toast and a main dish that changed daily. Staff were super friendly. They greet you every single time you walk into the hotel. We made good use of the washing machine, dryer and microwave inside the room.

  We arrived earlier than the check-in time so we dropped our luggage off at the front desk. When we got back to properly check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that our luggage had already been sent to our room without any hassle. On the final night of our stay, we requested for a parking space and were processed promptly and given a spare... what people say » slot (while our rental car was waiting right outside the lobby) even though we did not book any parking in advance. We were lucky about the parking a - The hotel is located just on the outskirts of busy Shibuya. Everything (shopping, food, transport) is within a very close range. The room was big with everything required for a comfortable stay (fast wifi, good space, fridge, cooking facilities, bath, good water pressure etc.) The staff were very helpful. Some reviews complain about the room only being cleaned daily for stays under six days and weekly for longer stays. We stayed for eight nights and enjoyed that you didn't worry about the clean
