  Staff were friendly, the room was spacious, always cleaned to a high standard on a daily basis with the air conditioning turned on in advance of my return in the hot weather. The shared bathroom facilities were also clean to a high standard. On numerous occasions the owner gave me cold drinks, fresh fruit and other snacks when I returned on an ev... what people say » ening and was a pleasure to speak to. Overall I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in the Kobe area. It was an absolute - Location very good and close to subway.

  Staff were great! They had good English. We arrived early and they held our luggage until we came back later to check. Then on check out day, we didn't want to leave the city yet and they held out luggage the whole day after we checked out as well. We had a great experience here.The breakfast had a few different yummy breads n croissants, boil... what people say » ed eggs and tea, coffee etc. The room was not as small as everyone exaggerates. The size of the bed is fine too. We only went for leisure in the ci - The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived before check in time and they allowed us to leave our bags at the desk, also after check out we left our bags at the desk all day so we could continue to sightsee. Room was comfortable enough for the two of us. Shower was amazing. Very clean and tidy. We also got back to our room quite late and someone was there to let us in no problems.
