  The hostess was so welcoming and courteous. Tea and coffee facilities in open lounge available at all times. WiFi available throughout the hotel. Breakfast was 5-Star : best we have had in a very long time! - The hotel is nicely decorated. It is very clean and cosy. My wife and I just felt that we were living in our own home.   The staff was nice enough to drop me at the station on a rainy day. The room is bit small but clean, and the shared bathroom and shower room are clean. Breakfast was good, but dont think they change menu everyday. Anyway, I spent the day in lavender farm so the room is not that important, just for sleep and shower. - The public area of the hotel ... what people say » was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good and the owner is always very helpful. He even help to bargain the taxi fare from hotel to jr Furano station for us. Besides, he also drive us to the jr station on our check out day which was beyond our expectation.
