  Location fantastic from kawaguchiko station. Centre spot of Mount Fuji. Staff spoke good english, pleasant and helped me with my lost ticket. Facilities are fanstastic, free wifi, internet, coffee, recreation area.. Hot running Onsen upstairs and clean toilet facilities. Overall my stay at kawaguchiko station and the views of mount fuji were the highlight of my trip to japan. - Location is great, very near the train station. I stayed in the Japanese- style room and it was good. The room is spacious for Japanese standards and the shared toilet was clean. The communal bathroom is clean and of good space too. Staff was very friendly. They let us keep our bag for 36 hours until we came back from a climb in the mountain and everything was safe there.

  We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the welcoming, friendly and very helpful hosts. They are serving delicious western style breakfast and there is a cozy and comfy sofa corner in the public area with Fuji-san view. One can use the onsen (japanese bath) privately as well. Retro bus stop is nearby and different museums (music, kimono and contempo... what people say » rary art) are few minutes away by feet. Great place to stay with wonderful hosts. Thank you Teppei, we will be back. - the owner was very enthousiastic and helpfull and made us feel at home. When we couldnt find the way he got in his car and showed us the right direction. The rooms are perfect and the view on Fuji was stunning. It was a shame that we didn't book our dinner at the weekend shuffle, it looked and smelled amazing and would definitely recommend to book this!

  The hotel is in a perfect location, you can see beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and lake Kawaguchiko. The owner is very kind, he picked us up from the station to the hotel. Breakfast is delicious in Japanese style. The mattress is comfortable with air con or heater in the room. There is also a beautiful local temple near the hotel within 2 mins walk.   The hosts were fantastic and made every effort to make us feel welcome and it was as if we were in a traditional Japanese home.   although the hotel was 2 km from the train station the owner came to pick us and retuned us in the next day. the place itself is not new but well kept　and maintained.　at the time of our arrival we were the only guests in the hotel, which shortly became an advantage, because we had the whole bath for ourselves. the brakefest was very good, we love... what people say » d it. i am defenetly recommand on this place!!!! - The inn is located at a quite good location, which is within walking distance from Kawaguchiko station and close to the lake.   Best view for Fuji-san. Everything is good. Walking trail is very very good indeed. Fuji-san will wake you up early morning. - Location. The room with a view of Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko is the best.

  Staff and people staying there were really friendly. the hostel will pick you up at kawaguchiko station, just go to tourist information and they will dial the hostel for you and someone will come there to pick u up or you can book a time with them prior to arriving. I liked that there was a communal kitchen, there was space to store your own food ... what people say » and a common area where you could chat with other travellers. There were guide books and a TV in the room. The rooms were clean, linen is provided (u - I would recommend K’s house, due to its friendly and helpful staffs. Its location is good, but not the best to look at the mountains. It’s close to the lake and the stores. The good local Japanese restaurant ’小作’ which we had dinner is far from it. Once you get K’s house, they will give you a leaf which shows all the amenities nearby. It’s really helpful. The staff also drive the bus to take us to the train station to catch the train for free, and help us find 7-11 to withdraw cash. Their staf

  We sayed in a dorm but it was more like our own room because of the room deviders. It was comfortable and really close to the train/ bus station. Great value for money. We also did their 2500 yen PP offer to see a temple,traditional 400 year old houses and natural fresh water spring with lunch and dinner included. Over all had a great stay, all the staff were very helpful (even helping us to book our ove - Excellent location - you can see it from the train station. Staff can speak English. They have a locked luggage storage room and kept our luggage for us while we climbed Fuji overnight (we had checked out the previous morning). They offer breakfast of toast with jam, juice, salad and unlimited tea and coffee for 180y. There is also a restaurant for dinner. Rooms were large with fridge, TV, large cupboard space and hangers.
