The location was very close to St Marks Square with wonderful restaurants and shops. Olga, was fantastic. The place was spotless and the breakfast was not your typical coffee and muffin. Olga served meat,cheese,yogurt, freshly squeezed juice, crackers croissants, espresso and cappuccino. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Friendly staff. Very clean, comfortable, quiet room. Excellent location relative to sights and transportation. Ample breakfast. Good value for money. A bit "shabby chic", but that is to be expected in a city where most buildings are half-a-century old.all reviews »
The location is excellent (2 minutes from Biennale entrance, near Vaperetto stop, close to Piazza San Marco). The room was very clean. The staff friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was very diverse.
We had a lovely room on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking the sea. The bathroom was beautiful!

From our room we could hear a lot of noise (people entering/leaving the B&B, the sound of the staff preparing breakfast). But if you sleep well, that's not a big problem.
Something not very important, but interesting to know: the TV has only Italian channels.
Really tiny, cramped dining room at breakfast.
It was a little misleading as to where we get the key on arrival at the B&B.
