The rooms were comfortable and beautifully furnished and well equiped. We loved the swimming pool too. excellent experience for new year eve stay,I will go back again next time. We only stayed one night but were very satisfies with everything. Everything was lovely. Value for money. Great place for family with children. Lovely, convenient swimming pool, and easy access to public beach. With breakfast service, it was nice to eat early and go to the beach.

In our structure a system of surveillance camera for all the external areas of the buildings premises is installed (entrance, outside parking, garage, swimming pool, and walk path).

Information about the area

Lido is the quiet, peaceful and green island between the open sea and the lagoon of Venice, only 10 minutes away from the city centre by public or private transportation.

The beach of Lido is distinguished by its thin, golden sand, and its clear and quiet waters. Public beaches in the area include Saint Nicolò and Alberoni, with characteristic sand hills, and the rocky beaches of Murazzi. Alternatively, you may choose one of the private beaches in the centre of the island.

Room information details

Suites are comfortably and functionally fitted. Each has a lounge area with a sofa bed and a small kitchen.

Ground floor apartments have private gardens, and first floor apartments have terraces.

Travelling information

Arriving in "Venezia Lido" is not a problem: it is well postsigned.

At the end of the bridge that takes to Venice you will find a sign “Tronchetto ferry-boat to Lido”. The ferry leaves every 50 minutes and the journey is 35 minutes.

By Train:
The train station is Venezia S. Lucia
From the Railway station every 20 minutes leaves a water-bus line 51 that quickly arrives to Lido (35 minutes) or line 1 if you wish a slow fascinating ride on the Grand Canal (1 hour ride).

By Airplane:
Marco Polo airport is situated 12Km overland and 10Km from Venice and is well connected with public transport to Venice (by water and land, and in Mestre Railway Station.
The motorway link road inaugurated in 1991 connects directly Marco Polo Airport to the road network.
In coincidence with the flights leaves a water bus that covers the journey in 40 minutes.
