What a great spot this B&B is! We stayed at villa Arianna 5 nights, had a lovely room with great big terrace with a magnificent view of the Mazzaro beach bay. The villa is only 5 minutes walk from the beach and there is an option for free private parking, which is really short in the busy narrow streets of the resort. The hotel is also only 2 minutes walk to from the cable car - which you need to use to get to Taormina. Our room was stylishly furnished, very clean with fridge and satellite .

Salvo and Pia were the kindest and most helpful hotel owners, offering tips for our stay, ideas what to do, writing us down driving directions, showing great care for their hotel and always with a big smile! The hotel itself has an amazing view over the gulf of Mazzaro and the Isola Bella, with the beach only some minutes away by foot. The cable car to Taormina's centre is also just a couple of minutes' walk, and it's great being in Mazzaro because it's much calmer. We loved havin. This is a magnificent b&b the room etc is excellent and the huge balcony gives you views over the bay. Brilliant sitting there admiring the view and drinking a wine! Owners couldn't be more helpful giving guidance and information on where to go and how to get there (maps etc). Wonderful base to visit Mount Etna etc and right next to the cabel car to go into Taormina. Lots of restaurants and bars locally but the accommodation is very quiet at night. Lovely beaches 5 mins walk away. Would hig. We had amazing vacation in villa Arianna! The owners of villas, Salvo and Maria Pia are very friendly and helpful people. We had a full sense that we are visiting our good friends. A huge thanks to them! The location is perfect: very close to both Mazzaro and Isola Bella beaches, and at the same time just 2 minutes away from the cable car to Taormina center. We liked everything!. We had back room at first which was small and dark. they gave us a sea view room for the last night which was excellent.Breakfasts were not that good. Only access to the rooms was through a norrow (and slow moving) lift. Nothing!. Our room's bathroom is not in the room. It's a little bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremly humide and did not smell good unfortunately.. Otherwise everything was perfect!. Quality of the bed extraordinarily low and not ready for couples (e.g. two single beds although a double was ordered; very uncomfortable); room design untasteful/mock and not well thought through (e.g. no view on the sea from the bed); breakfast rather basic, does not deserve a surcharge.
