The staffs is so friendly and very helpful

The hotel didnt provide free wifi for the customer.i ve been to so many hotels and some of it is a five stars hotels.as a compliment to your customer you should provide free wifi.i ll reccomend this hotel to my fwens if in the future you provide free wifi.you all will not go bankrupt by giving a free wi fi

We got upgraded to suite with ample space. Free minibar and breakfast are terrific. The hotel was beyond our expectation. Highly recommend to everybody.

Convenient location near train station, had to move rooms due to water problems with room. staff on duty very helpful.

Breakfast became a bit boring, no variation. Exactly the same for six mornings. You come to expect internet as standard, but 3 Euro / 30 minutes is outrageous.

Room was very clean and comfortable , and the location being so close to Termini station was perfect for us as we just jumped on the train at the airport and off again in the city right beside the UNA hotel.

Location is perfect, facilities are really good when compared to another hotel that we stayed in. The bed and pillows are comfortable.

We loved the location, quiet rooms, newly remodeled, quality linens, pillow selection and with inquiry some deluxe bath amenities. Immaculate room and bath. Breakfast buffet is wonderful with wide, well stocked selection.

We used this hotel for a two day city break prior to a Med cruise from Civitavecchia. The hotel is brilliantly located as it is 2 mins walk from Termini Station where the airport express train terminates and also trains run regularly from Termini to the port. The hotel is also adjacent to the first stop on the hop on hop off bus but also within 20 mins walk of many attractions. The hotel is very modern and smart with very nice bar, restaurant and bedrooms. The staff were excellent throughout the hotel and in particular the barman and reception staff. There are also lots of very good restaurants in the streets around the hotel and significantly cheaper than central Rome but excellent quality. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rome.

The location of the hotel was walking distance from the Termini station, very convenient since we had to catch an early morning train. The hotel was very clean and well designed especially the lobby areas. good large bathrooms in marble.

Its very close to the Termini, just 1 minute walk. The staff were excellent. The room design and decoration was gorgeous.

Fantastic location as we travelled by train and only had one night there. Hop-on-off bus just around the corner to go see all the main sights quickly.

The hotel was amazing. We got a free upgrade with free wifi and free mini bar access. Huge, clean, comfortable room. Great breakfast. great location. Very friendly staff who were very helpful when our 12 month old daughter became sick, they made calls and helped us work out which hospital to go to. When we are in Rome next we will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pleasant,friendly, helpful staff. Free upgrade to Executive Suite on arrival... WOW !! Great breakfast choice. Brilliant location to get yourself around Rome. Fantastic, traditional, value for money retaurants near by. One of the best hotels I've stayed in (almost comparable to a five star hotel in Dubai).

Only downside was there were one too many unfriendly characters hanging around on the streets later at night (after 10pm), but you get that in most big cities I suppose.

The room was large and the decor was excellent. We had trouble with the wifi in one room and we were moved to another room by a very helpful fellow in reception. The breakfast was more than excellent and I felt like taking a photograph as it was such a big spread.

The only thing that I can think of is that the shower in the second room was over a bath and the only way to could get in and out was by walking onto the sloping end of the bath which when you are all wet could be a slip hazard.

The UNA Hotel is located in an excellent location and walking distance to all attractions, very close to train station if you need to catch train to other destination or airport, excellent facilities, very clean and large rooms, comfortable beds. Excellent value for money. Would recommend this hotel over and over again.
