The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They accomodated us by getting all of our three rooms on the same floor, across the hall from each other, and upgraded our room for free. The breakfast was great, with hot items as well as cold. The location of the hotel was really good, just two blocks from Termini. Would definately stay there again!

Beds were a bit hard...could have used a bit of cushion on them, but still more comfortable than most.

The hotel has a very good location close to Termini Train Station and Republica Metro Station. You can easily use public transportation like bus,metro,train etc. It is a very clean hotel and double deluxe room is very big and spacious. The bathroom is very clean and everything you need is in it.Also the electric kettle/complimentary tray of tea and coffee is a good comfort.Best hotel for tourists.

The minibar is a little bit expensive. But there are markets across the street and one of them is open till midnight. Also it is difficult to find milk around the hotel at night. So be prepered before if you have a baby with you. Last of all we like the hotel very much. We recommend it to all tourists that are going to visit Rome.

Almost Everything. All the way from the smell in the hall to the nicepillows and calmness of the room. Staff was also very nice and helpful,down to earth people who helped. It was important for us to have a goodexperience from the hotel, since it was our honeymoon. Surely the hoteladded a great plus to our stay and impression of Italy in general.Thank you!

The bed were suppose to be a king size (we asked for it and the hotelconfirmed we would have it), but was two beds put together, but it stillwas fine and the split was not felt too badly by us, so we liked theroom and stayed without complaining about it. We loved the room!!!

The room was very quiet and comfortable (superior room). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated very central (stazione termini is reachable afoot). The beds are excellent - these beds are highly recommendable.

Instead of drinking standard coffee at breakfast you should order an espresso - it made my day! :-)

Our room was large and beautiful. We upgraded to a Superior room and this is one time we could really tell a difference. The bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the staff was very attentive.The location was about 5 minutes to Termini and the Metro. We will recommend this hotel to friends and would definitely stay there again.

Stylish Italian hotel, very friendly staff, we stayed in Deluxe room, it was fantastic, so not sure what standard rooms are like. Breakfast was excellent, staff attentive, food good. Will stay here again if we go back to Rome. Central location, 5 minutes walk from Terminii, walkable to all major sites, good restaurants in the area.

For a deluxe room the shower was disappointing, but that's just being picky!

Room was good and the location of hotel is very convenice

Breakfast should have changed every day. It was quite borring about the menu since 2 days were the same food. Also, the hotel should have map direction from train station which will be quite easy to walk from the train station instead of taking taxi which was very expensive and very tricky by the taxi driver.

the front-office personal will need a lot of training to do right the job they're doing and we're listening (unfortunatly) to a very loud noise of the water running down the pipes

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and upon arrival were upgraded to a nice and spacious superiour room. The staff was very attentive and really gave us a good feeling. The hotel is located very close to Termini train station (5-10 minutes walk). Breakfast was good although not enough vegetables were served. We definitely recommend this hotel. The BD Couple :-)

In general, the room was very clean and the bed sheets spotless but the room corners and one of the chairs were dusty.
