Perfect location, helpful and friendly staff; unusual but nice breakfast, more tapas-like than traditional continental. Very clean (verging on the aseptic though!). It is a very modern and "conceptual" kind of environment, going sometimes for appearance at the expense of practicality. All has been carefully studied to make an impression, posters and images in the rooms and corridors are often disquieting but interesting anyway. We recommend this hotel.
all reviews » Arrival is surprising as there is no sign of a hotel from the street. Private entrance, rooms situated on 2nd floor makes it nicely private and cosy and original. Rooms in design style, very comfortable, spacious, clean. Team very nice, relaxed and helpful. The personalized service was excellent and the staff is warm and friendly. The attention to detail is present throughout this tiny boutique hotel. The breakfast is second to none.. Fine cuisine mixed fresh local ingredients. I would definitely go back!. The Hotel was in a very good position, close to the Port which made it easy for day trips to Sorrento or Isle of Capril. The staff were friendly, it was clean and very comfortable. Its just great everything about it was stunning. Wifi worked great and the staff was very helpful. Have the cheese at breakfast outstanding. this is a new hotel and lovely staff provied a cheerful service and the breakfast was of a very good quality. All the lights are extremely white and cold and if you think you look good looking at yourself in the mirror early in the morning under such a forensic type of light then you might really scare yourself! This of course if you CAN see your face in the bathroom mirror, small/average persons might not be able to see their face at all as the mirror is quite high. Pas bien insonorisé...we had loud speaking neighbors we could have shared the conversation with... Maybe just Italian style ... Anyway we had 2 good nights sleep and we would chose Santa Brigida again. Finding it in Naples and their crazy drivers :P 10 cents to take the elevator it's special part of it's charm. nothing. Hotel Entry process is awkward but not daunting. the air conditioning wasn't cold and the shower box should have more space. The shower bathing door more than I. Hotel is on third floor of a locked gated building. Difficult to find the first time. few plugs to connect electronic devices: it wasn't confortable to charge my mobile and my laptop. breakfast was very tasty, but ones there was not fresh egg. I did not like the location. it was never good for young couple. I would not recommend the location unless for people who do not mind living in the middle of city where too much noises and is not very friendly at night. This is for sure not a 4 stars. Without a good elevator that is almost never working correctly and a poor WIFI connection. Far too expensive in comparison with the other hotels in the area.
