Beautiful room, free internet. This is a very quirky hotel behind a large green door on the main Via Toledo - a fantastic location as it's easy to get around everywhere either by walking or using public transport - even easy to get the "Alibus" to the airport, saving a lot on Taxi fares. We had a balcony overlooking the via toledo, which was great - lots of atmosphere but the room was nice and quiet.Good value for the price. Very well located - easy walking distance from many points of interest and transport, including boats to Ischia and Capri. Also several pleasant restaurants nearby. Reception staff were helpful and informative.Breakfast was good. The harbors are easily reached from the hotel. The location is not nice from outside, but only to sleep and to make daytrips to the surroundings of Naples it is ok. Central Location. It is well located in the city centre. Early breakfast was difficult - we were travelling to our daughter's wedding so needed to leave the hotel at 0700 hrs. If you get a room near the breakfast, you won't be able to sleep after 7.30 h. because of the noise. We changed room. It was difficult to find - instructions and directions sent when booking would be of great asisitance. An ancient lift going up to the hotel needs 10 cent coins to operate - really annoying! And the plugs and switches in the room were a bit loose. But on the whole, a good hotel. Very central, downside of this is that rooms can be noisy.Some may find the area too noisy at night, but this is probably true of most places in any city and the windows are double glazed so you can shut out most of the noise. This hotel was more of an hostel than a 4 star hotel. Was clean but not quite what we had expected.They make you pay for a panoramic view. The hotel is on a first floor and the shopping street is supposed to be panoramic. The mark-up they make you pay for the superior room is not worth its price.
