It was a quick 20 minute bus ride from this hotel to the airport which was very handy.
letsbookhotel.com advertised this site to have wifi at 2.50 Euro per hour. However, upon checkin, the staff indicated that there was no wifi. I selected this hotel because I had believed it had wifi.
Wifi would be nice they are offering cable internet so usage on mobile devices wasnt possible. Other than that everything was great. Breakfast was sumptuous and the owner was a gentleman. Very courteous and hospitable. Their coffee was amazing too. Room was neat and fairly spacious.
Washrooms were too small.
Not that far from the main railway station and just 20 minutes by walk from the Duomo square and La Scala theatre so it's the ideal place to stay at in regards to price, comfort and location. My room faced the main entrance but the street itself was quiet. The staff is friendly and always ready to help.
I'm first in Italy, and living in Ukraine, Kiev. The price level is extreamly hight for me, but spent time in hotel is cost its price. It situated near city centre and have many restorants and shops around hotel. Thanks for good vacation;)
For Ukraine its quite expensive.

It is absolutely good location for the hotel. Walking distance to Duomo and town centre and easy reach from Airport Linate. Loads good Italian restaurants around as well.
It is a little noisy as my room is located on the ground floor so I can hear people talking at reception and I was woken up by the truck collecting rubbish in the morning. Also you won't be able to open the window, so I would suggest if possible do not have the room on the ground floor!

Staff are friendly and very helpful.They speak average English, good enough. Room comfortable, decor good, lots of restaurants, shops and transportation around. Supermarket less than 2 mins walk. Tram 3 mins walk, Tram no12 to the Duomo takes 5 mins. Thurs street market down the road maybe more days not sure. From Malpensia Airport take the train to central station, it's 1hr and cost 10euros. Taxi from central station to the hotel cost 10euros. Taxi from Malpensia to Dover hotel cost 120euros avoid that. Linate Airport is 10mins away.
3 nights stay, room was cleaned only once. Cleaner Desiree is loud and talks with aggression. she makes people feel unsettle. Wi-fi problems, connects with cable, takes long to, if it connects at all. Smallest shower space I've ever seen. Large people can't get in. Room needs more light, too dim.
Room looked exactly like the picture. Clean towels and room cleaning every day.
On arrival there was no friendly welcome or any advice. Not the best place for light sleepers, as the arrival of other guests and the waste collection can be noisy during the night.
Close to city center
1. Very hard to find. Hotel has another name. 2. We lived on the first floor and heard everything: talking, TV on reception, street, steps on the stairs. 3. Breakfast is poor. 4. Not clean. Highly wouldn't recommend this hotel to stay.
