We stayed at the hotel for Four nights.The staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. On the day were supposed to leave Milan for London, there was a public strike which affected public transport. The elderly gentleman at the reception went out of his way, using his own car at no extra charge to drop us where we could get a shuttle bus to Malpensa airport. He called the number on display to ascertain if and when the bus would be coming ( helped as we would have struggled to put a sente.
all reviews » Excellent location for a meeting at Mico, an 8 minute stroll, snd only 100 feet to the number 1 Metro line that takes you to central Milan and the Duomo. I liked the clean room with a comfortable bed and windows that open wide to let in the air. A good breakfast and free wi-fi were also welcome. The staff was quite friendly and helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants and calling a taxi. Overall, this hotel is excellent. For someone who does not want or need a luxury hotel. The staff is very friendly, we arrived quite early in the morning and fortunate enough our room was made available rather quickly. The next morning we stated that we would have an early leave, before breakfast. Staff took care that we could enjoy breakfast by opening the buffet earlier. Also close proximity to metro line that brings you either directly to the centre or to the closest metro station if you want to go to the San Siro stadium. The staff were super nice and helpful. They all spoke English. The location was perfect if you're comfortable with taking the metro. The metro station was just a few steps from the hotel and it was really easy to use. Breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast with meats, cheeses and pastries but there was a wonderful older Italian woman who brought cappuccino out to your table each morning. Very nice!. I particularly liked the staff, they were all very friendly and helpful, especially Mrs Chantal, whos advices were incredible useful. Enough space in the room, which was always clean and towels changed regularly, very nice amenities also. Breakfeast was tasty and cofee above expectations, a real itallian esspresso. I really enjoyed my staing at Campion and I would deffinitly would stay again. extremely comfortable and well situated hotel,close to a metro station, a supermarket and some good restaurants. the staff- in both front desk and dining area is extremely friendly and helpful. we were looking forward to see their welcoming smile each day when we came down for breakfast. Nice, clean hotel with all the basics - particularly for a business visit. But what made it really nice was the great breakfast (the cold meats and cheese were excellent), served by staff that made us feel like special guests in their own home. 1. The location is close to the MiCo where the conference was held and also a metro station. 2. The staff was very helpful and introduced to me good restaurants and suggested a local tour to lake Como. 3. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel is very well located, with a metro station very close. The hotel staff was friendly. We want to sent our best wishes to Andrea and Chantal.The breakfest was varied, the room spacious and clean. Impressed by the friendly staff. Also cost much lower than the hotels in Milan city centre but actually it takes only 15 mins to be there. Comfortable room and decent breakfast. Good value. The hotel room was a little bit too noisy, so it was harder to sleep. Rooms are a bit small. No coffee making facilities in the room and no coffee top up in the morning. We were locked in the hotel, with nobody to let us out at 6am and needed to leave for a flight from Malpensa. My wife found a key by the checkin desk. We had told them we would be leaving then, but there was no staff around???. Not a lot of english channels. poor phonic isolation.
