Perfect location, few steps from Duomo. Very helpful stuff. Well equipped room with spacious bathroom. Astonishing view from 3rd floor. Taxi stop in front of the house. Love it.

This is a luxurious apartment in a fantastic location! Communications with staff were easy and happy to work around a last minute check in. Very little street noise considering the location and simply a beautiful apartment to relax in. Just what we needed. Thank you!

Its a little small but you expect that in the middle of a big city.

Old-style building facing the Cathedral square, with an elevator. Nice furtniture, a large wardrobe room. Two bathrooms equipped with everything you desire.

Unfortunately no parking next to your door. If you have a lot of luggage you can park your car 50 m in front of the entrance for 15 min for unloading but then you need to leave. The closest public parking we used is about 3-5 min away by foot.

The location was awesome! Stefano met us and was very helpful.

The location was a little difficult to find but Stefano was able to direct us via phone so all ended well.

Open the windows to this apartment and your entire Milano experience is magnified 100%. As our taxi pulled up outside the address, we were met by Marcello who assisted us to settle in.

We were in the Standard Two Bedroom Apartment. Very comfy, with a small kitchen. Has a supermarket right across building, making it very convenient. Right beside the shopping street and a few minutes walk from the Duomo.

Stefano, in charge agent of the apartment is very responsive and helpful. Location is best and rooms are spacious for a family with 2 children.

1. real good location in city near duomo church and biggest shopping mall with lots of band store and food restruant. 2. we find well-equip furnish and sufficient tools in apt even a kitchen room. 3. good attitude staff to show the instruction about every aspects of apt

1. It is in a corner of street which is really hard to find out. 2. Because there is two place for living of this hotel, you have to look at the left bottom of the paper you booked on letsbookhotel.com to find out exactly address for you to stay.

Stefano, the one who handled our booking was so professional, friendly and efficient. He was so accommodating even before we came and met us and even helped us with our luggage. He's on time and was very fast in replying. The apartment is well placed in Milan as it's very central and very near the Duomo and the shopping areas. You need not leave the area, as everything is there. The apartments is big and fits well a family of 5. Cooking facilities are also available. Highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly and even picked us up from the plaza as we didn't know the way.

We were charged 20Euros for late check-in without any notice in advance.

We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.

The staff came to meet me to lead me to the apartment. it could not have been in a better location and the flat had all I needed.

We booked an 'apartment' via Glamour that was perfectly located for our visit - shopping and central sightseeing. The suite was fully equipped, comfortably furnished (best bed this trip) and pleasant for relaxing. Best was the staff who were genuinely happy to assist and make our stay enjoyable.

There was a street "singer" that howled until 11 pm. On the up side, his crooning kept other revelers away. Certainly, not a fault of the Glamour mgt. and considering his lack of talent, I'd guess he'll be changing professions soon.

The staff is very friendly and so helpful. The room is good. It located just right in front of Duomo !!. so amazing !!.

Taxi drop us at the back side of Duomo and we have to drag the big and heavy baggage for long way until find the apartment. A bit difficult to find this apartment. No one know this apartment even the staff of souvenir shop under apartment. The map to apartment should be more clear.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and was perfectly positioned, right in the city centre about a 5 minute walk to the Duomo. I would highly recommend the upmarket apartment as apposed to a hotel room.

Irresponsible,careless, They don't care the customers and very non cooperative . If u want peace of mind don't stay there Locks are not good,no hot water in toilet,toilet ceiling have leakage, Laundry room outside and very inconvenient When we arrive Milan,after fixing appointment they even did not bother to pick up our phone and answer,very hard to find Once they have your credit card number,they don't care.
