If you are looking for a comfortable, value for money hotel and situated with easy acess for the bus service into Venice, then this is the hotel. The staff were more than helpfull and very pleasant. convenient location Please point out that there is an axcellent restaurant, very close by: Da Mirco, Via Gaspare Gozzi, on the road across from the hotel. The staff was extremely nice. We had nothing to complain about during our stay at Ambasciatori Hotel and I gladly recommend it to others.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were welcoming and helpful.its position at the bus stop and proximity to railway station. Near busstop, railway and supermarket.very friendly staff. we had everything we needed. location was only 10 minutes away from venice using the bus that picked up and dropped off directly outside the hotel. also there is a supermarket right next door for snacks and drinks or anything else needed. breakast was good. We stayed in a Superior Room and was pleased with the little extras we received, toothbrushes, combs, loofas and the use of towling gowns. Room was very spacious. In a quiet area, surrounded by the river and plenty of walking paths.very easy to get to the train station and downtown Venice from the hotel. Liked the local Piazza very much. I there was only porc meat.N. A double room was specifically requested, however, we received a twin room where two single beds had been put together.Do not be put off by initial impressions of Mestre (old industrialarea), it is of no relevance assuming the purpose of the trip is tovisit nearby Venice. The hotel is very good quality and outside seems asafe enough, unintimidating area to walk around. This was very basic accommodation but a great location. I would not recommend this property to others as a 4 star property. I feel that the website embellished its Venetian style - barely a 3 star by North American standards but it was clean. Beds were uncomfortable and the shower was very small.no iron in room or hotel to hire. Room very basic and small.The wifi was not working and it did not get repaired until the day before we left. We had to pay to use an internet cafe and this money was not refunded to us. Also the room was very hot as they had turned off the air con and had the heating on. there was no way to control the tempreture. -less good location to go to Venice by Train which takes around 15 minutes by foot to the railway station.-the batch room and toilette is too small, and even worse, the water goes to the room downstair after our bath.-didn't expect they even charged the one-way bus ticket they had offered(in total 2.20 euro) which I thought should be free.We book a jacuzzi suite (last day of honey moon) and we got a no jacuzzisuite! They gave it to us as the only clean/ready suite available, butIt was not clear when we got the key and of course we did not changedthe suite afterwards, we where too tired to do so. Of course the pricewe paid was for the jacuzzi one!. bath space is small. no internet connection inside the rooms.
