Great hotel , very close to Train station . Good safe area , with some good food options close . Very clean room and a large clean bathroom with good hot water pressure . Short walk to some of the major tourist site's . Very close to train station and the main area of the city. Staff were good at English although did not have to communicate that much. Street noise could be a problem (a function of being in central Genova, not the hotel's fault) but the double-glazing was efficient in keeping it out. quite basic facilities, e.g. only access to water was a vending machine which didn't work. although it is quite central, it is a little bit further from town than some descriptions would have you believe. relatively good value for money. Nothing. there was breakfast, included in the price, but we has not received. Well that was a very good bistro nearby. Room had small window so was a little dark, no breakfast facilities. Nil. The room was not too cosy, you rather feel like in a school than in a hotel. Very small room, no lift to the second floor. No elevators. Old hotel. - No elevator - Staff did not speak English - Problems parking. no lift, old furniture. Almost all staff didn't speak english and didn't even try... No lift.
