I would recommend Sani Tourist House to anyone. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating! The apartment was spacious, clean, fully-equipped with kitchen facilities and in a superb location -- across the street from Dante's home and 2-3 blocks from the Piazza Signoria. We loved it!

The location is central and therefore perfect The rooms are clean and fresh with towels changed every 3 days We had a problem with the Air conditioning but this was quickly rectified The oldish guy on reception was great and very helpful

Wonderful staff and fabulous location. Delicious breakfast at a local caffe included. Cute room with very clean and comfortable premises. I absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone of any age. More than I could have asked for.

The location could not be better, it's literally in the center, 5 min to duomo and most museums. Staff genuinely nice, no face smiles but real care that you would have comfortable stay. We could choose the room when we arrived, got an umbrella when it rained and in general felt like home.

It was quite noisy in the late evening as there was a bar close by and cleaning mashines made a lot of noise cleaning the streets. On the other hand we had our windows wide open and other rooms face silent yard.

We stayed 6 nights in the summer. The location is simply perfect. The rooms are great as well - spacious, clean and with good facilities (water cooker for example). I'd advise to pay for the airco in the summer to close the windows to prevent noise from outside. The breakfast is also very nice; outside of the B&B in a typical Florentine bakery. Such a treat to have an espresso in a location like that. The owner is always willing to help and was very friendly. I would recommend Sani Tourist House to everyone.

Great location, near all major sites of interest and attractions. We stayed in one of the apartments on via Ghibellina and the room was very spacious, with a/c and a litle kitchen we can use if we want to. Breakfast is in a nearby cafe, but it's worth the litle 2min walk to get there.

Excelent location, nice place and couches to hangout, washing machine and complete kitchen.

2 couple beds, but only one bathroom thats inside one room. No privacy if there are two couples.

The location of this place is great, and to my taste it has charm in its age. When it's hot, as it is in July, it's not the most comfortable place, but I'd recommend it.

The breakfast, which is paid for through a voucher at a local bakery/cafe, isn't going to be enough to satiate your appetite. it's a nice touch, but you'll likely need some more to keep you going for the day.

We ended up in a small suite in another building which had a complete kitchen. The location is great; in the 'Dante' area of Florence. The person in charge of the hotel - Raymond - speaks English and is very helpful (he was born around the corner from the hotel). Keep in mind that Florence in June is packed with tourists and that Florence is an expensive city compared to other Tuscan cities. Thus, in general the hotel rooms will seem like a lot less value for the money vs. the rooms in other cities.

Although we booked a double room which was confirmed by letsbookhotel.com, there were no doubles available. The regular rooms in the hotel are not very big - but OK if you plan on touring Florence and only sleep in the rooms.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. We arrived the hotel half an hour late, but he still waited for us and was very patient to introduce us the facilities. The location is very good and covinient.

The room is relatively hot, and it will be charged to open the air conditioner

Since there wasn't any room available at the building when we arrived, we stayed in a very nice apartment that belongs to the same owner. Everything was perfect. The place was clean, very confortable and well located, just a few blocks from the Cathedral, and in front of the Bargello Museum. The owner, Mr Remo, was extremely kind and helpful. And the breakfast, served at a very nice coffe house, was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.

Sani Tourist House was absolutely amazing. We walked in and our room was breathtaking with so much charm right in the heart of Florence. The owner was so nice, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again for future Florence trips. Thank you Remo :)

It is a very special "hotel", because it is actually a house with lots of rooms/apartments, and the location just perfect, right in the middle of downtown, right in front of Dante museum. Easy to reach all the view points of Florence. The staff was very nice and patient to explain all the information and very good in English. A very friendly gentlemen.

The breakfast is located in another street which provide only too simply breakfast. But the staff of that place are also very nice thought!

Great location, walking distance to sites. The hotel is clean and the owner is friendly and nice. The breakfast is in a cafe not far from the hotel. They serve traditional Italian breakfast. I will definitely book this hotel again!

They didn't change towel everyday, but it's not a big problem.

Very helpful owner who came in late (23 h) to give us our keys. Location of object is very central but the guest house is essentially an apartment turned into a tourist home.

Apartment has very little space (you could probably call this authentic for a urban dwelling in an Italian city). Nevertheless - it seems overpriced and can't be recommended for more than one or two nights.
